Our Team

Zora Avila

Zora Avila was born in the United States and began her tertiary education in the US studying Business Administration.  After immigrating to Perth in 1996, Zora continued graduate studies at Curtin University Graduate School of Business, completing a Graduate Certificate in Business and Graduate Diploma in Business and is currently completing a Masters in Business Administration. 

Zora has been in the property development industry for over 15 years.  She has managed complex projects from concept to completion.  She has held an executive board position in a public company and owned and managed her own property development and project management companies.  Zora has served as a Board Member for the Urban Development Institute of Australia development committees.

Zora has also completed a Certificate in Advanced Project Management, Sales Representative Registration Course, ASIC Regulatory Guide 105 Responsible Managers - Regulation of Financial Services Course.
 

Llew Eynon

Llew Eynon is the founding director of LG Accounting Solutions. He completed his Bachelor of Business at Curtin University in 1989 and then worked at RSM, a major tax and accounting firm in Australia.

Llew then moved to Perth with RSM to a new role providing tax advice to publicly listed companies and to professional accountants, both within and outside RSM. After 9 years with RSM, Llew left to start his own accounting practice in 2000. Llew’s accounting practice has been helping clients improve their financial position for the past 17 years.

Outside of the accounting practice Llew controls a property portfolio, develops property, operates a financial planning business and is the Managing Director of a Civil Contracting business.

Llew is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Certificate of Public Practice with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, he also is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with the Tax Institute and a Registered Tax Agent.
